Returns and Refunds

At this time, we aren't able to offer any returns or refunds on our products.

We take great care to ensure that every abaya meets our quality standards, and each piece goes through thorough checks before reaching you. If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via Instagram @sakinahcouture — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges 

While we are not able to offer a refund, we may be able to arrange an exchange if you’d like to change sizes. Please ensure that all tags remain attached, as we will not accept exchanges if the tags have been removed. All abayas sent back to us will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility for exchange. Kindly note that postage fees for exchanges are not covered.
