Orders and Payments 

Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?

A. Please contact us within  5 hours of your oder being placed, we will try our best to meet your new requests

Shipping and Delivery

Q. How long does Shipping take? (UK) 

A. We have two forms of shipping, standard and express. Standard takes 2-4 working days and express takes 1-3 via EVRI.

Q. How long does Shipping take? (International) 

A. Please allow up to 25 days for your product to arrive. 

Q.What if I need my order the next day? (UK)

A. While this is not yet an option at checkout, if you require your product the next day, please contact us via Instagram DM @sakinahcouture or gmail sakinahcouture@gmail.com -and we will try our best to help. We can send your abaya via Royal Mail NDD. Please be aware for orders to reach you by the next day, let us know before 12pm.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Q. Can I return my order and get a refund?

A. At this time, we aren't able to offer any returns or refunds on our products.

Q. Can I exchange my abaya?

A.We may be able to arrange an exchange if you’d like to change sizes. Please ensure that all tags remain attached, as we will not accept exchanges if the tags have been removed. All abayas sent back to us will be inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility for exchange. Kindly note that postage fees for exchanges are not covered.
